about

This was written via props on my Instagram story last summer.
I asked for favourite flowers and I received "daisy" and "morning glory"
then had polls for the best colour, pink and purple won, nobody really liked blue. So I put it in a song, doesn't have much meaning. Originally it was about a boy, but boys are dumb so I made it gay.

lyrics

daisy daisy, in the morning you grow
she is someone, someone I'd like to know
I've never been soft spoken,
but right now I have no voice
I try to pretend I don't care that much
but right now I have no choice
morning glory, your vines climb so tall,
I don't know if she even cares at all
I've never been too good at
reading people's minds
I try to seem I don't care that much
but I do most of the time
and its pink when the sun rises
clouds are purple when the day ends
but blue skies just seem dead to me
so I just pretend.
daisy daisy, in the morning you grow
she is someone, someone I'd like to know
